![]() I’m far to be satisfied by a 30fps result, too jerky and stutters IMHO, at least for my comfort, and I target a rock solid 45fps ASW locked ON (CTRL+Numpad 3). I have an I7 10700K Stock clock (4,7Ghz all cores) 32GB DDR4 3200 Mhz and a GTX1080 OC +150/+350, and Rift CV1. ![]() In addition, if you have a better headset like an HP Reverb G2 or something you will most certainly need a better video card. I hope this will give people a decent baseline to start with. Had no problem in either area generally at 30fps or better and of course the numbers go up as you get higher altitude. Just tested on a flight from Houston to New Orleans and then in a more populated area from JFK to Boston. ![]() I have flown mostly on the east or southern parts of the U.S. I have my weather set to clear but have tried with live settings and it seemed fine so far. I am currently running with all of my traffic settings/sliders at 10. I turn off the stencil, and I have Asynchronous Spacewarp set to Auto. In the oculus debug tools I am super sampling at 1.0. Can’t find a 3080 yet but these setting make the game decent with the 1080.įirst things first: Turn off VSYNC in the main graphics settings. The computer is an I9 9900K but if you are in VR the video card is where a good part of the meat and potatoes are. After quite a bit of experimenting, here are my VR settings using a standard Oculus Rift with an Nvidia 1080 card.
